We are committed to creating a dining experience that is inclusive and enjoyable for all. While our venue offers a range of accessibility features, the nature of the building – a heritage-listed structure with original fittings and a waterfront location – presents some limitations. We encourage guests with specific access needs to contact us ahead of their visit so we can ensure your time with us is as comfortable and seamless as possible.

Entry and Parking
• An accessible drop-off zone is available at the front of the venue.
• Ample parking bays are located nearby.
• Immediate entry to the building is via a level concrete path, with ramps in place and clear signage from the carpark. However, access from the carpark is across gravel/dirt/uneven ground.
• The main entrance is fitted with a ramp and doors with contrasting colours for visibility.

Internal Layout and Seating
• The dining area has wide, unobstructed pathways suitable for mobility aids.
• There is ample seating, including chairs with rigid arms available upon request.
• Tables and spaces can be rearranged to suit accessibility needs – please let us know if you’d like additional space between tables or seating near quieter areas.

Communication and Sensory Considerations
• Menus and general information are available in plain English.
• Our staff are trained in disability awareness and will do their best to support guests with hearing, vision, or cognitive impairments.
• Guests with fatigue or sensory sensitivities are welcome to request quieter seating areas or visit during off-peak times.

Accessible Toilets
An accessible toilet is available within the venue. It includes:
• Door width of at least 850mm
• Grab rails
• Clear turning space
• Toilet seat height of 450mm with contrast to the floor

Food and Dietary Needs
We take dietary requirements seriously and aim to provide a welcoming food experience for all guests. We can cater to gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-aware diets.

To ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination, the Chef and team follow strict procedures including separate preparation areas and equipment for allergens, rigorous cleaning protocols, and staff training in hygiene and allergen handling. Allergen-specific meals are carefully managed from preparation to plating to avoid any contact with other foods.

Please let our team know your requirements at the time of booking or upon arrival. Staff are trained to provide clear verbal descriptions of menu items and ingredients upon request.

General Accessibility Notes
• All internal flooring is either polished concrete or smooth, non-slip surfaces.
• Due to the venue’s location by the water, some areas feature raised platforms or steps; however, accessible seating is available with full views of the river.
